  10.        This document describes the features of Release 1.1 of the
  11.        NetWare client software option for IRIX. The NetWare client
  12.        option includes the NetWare client software and NetWare IPX
  13.        stack.

  30.        1.1  _W_h_a_t__i_s__N_e_t_W_a_r_e__c_l_i_e_n_t__a_n_d__w_h_y__d_o__I__n_e_e_d__i_t

  32.        The NetWare client is a software package that communicates
  33.        with the NetWare server to provide access to the NetWare
  34.        filesystems and functions. Without the NetWare client
  35.        product you will not be able to access the NetWare server.
  36.  
  37.        Along with the basic file-sharing features provided by the
  38.        NetWare client software, the NetWare client software also
  39.        allows you to print files to the Netware print queue.
  40.  
  41.        The software is supported on 2 network types, Ethernet and
  42.        Fast Ethernet.

  79.        (the _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s subsystem), you can view the release notes on
  80.        your screen.

  82.        Note:  You can read the online release notes for most
  83.               products before installing the software.  Refer to
  84.               the booklet in your CD-ROM case for more information.

  86.        If you have a graphics system, select ``Release Notes'' from
  87.        the Help submenu of the Toolchest. This displays the
  88.        _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) graphical browser for the online release notes.

  90.        Refer to the _g_r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) man page for information on
  91.        options to this command.

  93.        If you do not have a graphics system, you can use the
  94.        _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s command.  Refer to the _r_e_l_n_o_t_e_s(1) man page for
  95.        accessing the online release notes.
